Ingredients: 1 Caplet: Iron 28 mg (PIC [Polysaccharide Iron Complex], HIP [Heme Iron Polypeptide as Proferrin]; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Dibasic Calcium Phosphate; Croscarmellose Sodium; Polyvinyl Alcohol. Contains 2% or Less of FD&C Red #40 Al Lake; FD&C Yellow #6 Al Lake; Magnesium Stearate; Polyethylene Glycol; Stearic Acid; Talc; Titanium Dioxide


Suggestions

Directions: One caplet daily with or without food, or as directed by a physician. For children under 12, consult a physician before using this product. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Store at room temperature to avoid excessive heat (greater than 100 degrees F) or humidity.

No more nausea

I’m anemic, and Unfortunately I am also extremely sensitive to iron. So sensitive I can taste when foods have iron in them - I can taste it in red wine for example. I have tried soooo many different types of iron pills and even the slow release ones for pregnant women make me nauseous and I often throw up. Even the smell of regular iron pills makes me gag. These don’t do any of that. My energy is better when I take them so I think they are raising my iron and I haven’t come close to being sick or gagging. Haven’t checked my iron levels since starting these but I’ll update when I do. Definitely recommend!
