Promotes healing by increasing circulation around the tender joint. Improves knee mobility - allows for faster return to daily activities. Wearing: Slide leg into support and pull up with pocket centered over knee. Care: Hand wash in mild water with gentle soap. Air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Ensure completely dry before reapplying. Sizing: Measure circumference around center of knee. Small: Fits 11 - 13 inches. Medium: 13 - 15 inches. Large: 15 - 17 inches. X-Large: 17 - 19-1/2 inches. XX-Large: 19-1/2 - 22 inches. Fits right or left.
