Ingredients: Organic Turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome, organic Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root, organic Ginger (Zingiber officinale) root, organic Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) pod, organic Black Peppercorns (Piper nigrum).

Suggestions

Fill a container with 8 oz milk/nut beverage. Add two teaspoons of powder and shake well. Sweeten to taste, drink, and enjoy. Can also be added to smoothies, dips, yogurt or other foods.
