Cold therapy - freeze for at least 4 hours. Heat therapy - microwave for time indicated below, thoroughly mix to distribute color, and test pack before use. Heat for additional 10 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached. (1) one pack: (700 watts - 75 seconds 1000 watts - 65 seconds 1250 watts - 45 seconds). Store in freezer or airtight container, out of direct light. See full directions on pack prior to use and application.
