Directions: For effectiveness and comfortable use: 1. With clean hands, roll stopple between fingers to soften. 2. Shape into cone or roll into ball between palms. 3. Place in ear. Flatten firmly with thumb or index finger to seal ear opening. Do not press deeply into ear. 4. To remove press up behind ear to loosen stopple. Remove with fingertips.

Do not cut ear plugs. Use by children should be closely supervised by an adult. Replace plugs if they show signs of wear or being to disintegrate. Keep earplugs away from infants and small children as they may get caught in the windpipe and create a choking hazard.
