Suggestions

Adults and children 12 years of age or older: Take 6 tablets at night before retiring or as directed by a physician. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a physician. Avoid consuming high-acid foods such as orange, cranberry or prune juice, or supplements containing more than 500 mg of vitamin C, within 3-4 hours of taking this product.
