Suggestions

Shake well before opening. Take 10-15 drops three times a day or as directed by your Health Care Professional. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion. As an eyewash, place 3-5 drops of the extract to clean and sterile eyecups and pour boiling distilled water in each cup and let the mixture cool to room temperature. Wash each eye with the cooled remedy. There may be a burning sensation but this is normal.
